What gets built, and when

Six phases in priority order. AI Mobilisation is Phase 1 — it needs the most time to build momentum and is the delegation's stated priority.

01
🔥 Highest Priority
AI-Powered Voter Mobilisation
Weeks 1–4 · Flagship system

The tool that moves votes. An intelligent campaign platform that lets NRPUP reach hundreds of thousands of voters directly — on WhatsApp and SMS — with AI answering questions, scheduling follow-ups, and surfacing who needs attention.

AI Voter ChatbotWhatsApp/SMS bot answering voter questions in English, Nyanja & Bemba1–2
Contact DatabaseImport supporter list; segment by province, district, ward1
Bulk SMS CampaignsSchedule and send targeted messages by region with delivery tracking1–2

02
Public Website
nrpup.com — Full Launch
Weeks 2–5 · Currently: coming soon page

The party's public face. Most Zambian voters will find NRPUP here first — it must be live, fast, and mobile-first within three weeks.

  • Party manifesto and key policies
  • Presidential & Vice-Presidential candidate profiles
  • Province and district leadership directory
  • News and announcements feed
  • Volunteer sign-up (feeds directly into mobilisation database)
  • Supporter/donation page
  • Mobile-first design — majority of Zambian voters browse on phone
03
Membership
Membership Management System
Weeks 2–3 · Prototype live at members.nrpup.com

Production-ready member registry for all 10 provinces. Provincial coordinators get their own accounts and can manage their regions independently.

  • Live database backend replacing mock data
  • Public registration link for new member sign-ups
  • Digital ID card generation — downloadable PDF/image
  • 10 provincial coordinator accounts with regional access
  • Weekly growth report emailed automatically to leadership
04
Election Day
Election Monitor — Production
Weeks 4–6 · Prototype live at monitor.nrpup.com

The real-time war room dashboard. Polling agents across all 156 constituencies submit results from their stations, incidents are escalated, and leadership sees the full picture live on election day.

  • One login per polling station agent — secured with unique codes
  • Mobile-friendly result submission form usable on basic smartphones
  • Results flow: Agent submits → Provincial coordinator verifies → Dashboard updates
  • Incident reporting with photo upload and escalation
  • SMS alert to leadership when a key constituency result comes in
  • Interactive drill-down map already built — Province → District → Constituency
05
Leadership
Party Leaders System
Week 3 · Prototype live at leaders.nrpup.com

The definitive NRPUP leadership directory — structured from the Presidential ticket down to district chairpersons. Lightest lift; mostly content population.

  • Real profiles for all 10 provincial leaders
  • District chairpersons directory — all 116 districts
  • Internal contact directory (private, login-protected)
  • Leaders can update their own bios and photos
06
Election Day
War Room Operations
Week 9 · 12 August 2026

Simba provides live technical support on election day — scaled infrastructure, a dedicated situation room dashboard, and a direct support line for the campaign team.

  • Server capacity scaled up 5× for election day traffic spike
  • Situation room display — large screen live map updating in real time
  • Results projection model running alongside the official ECZ count
  • Dedicated Simba technical support contact for immediate response
  • Post-election data archive and full results export

What we need from NRPUP

These questions need answers before development begins. They determine the size and scope of the systems being built.

# Question Why it matters
1 How many supporters and contacts do you currently have? Determines the size of the mobilisation database and SMS costs
2 Which WhatsApp numbers or business lines does the party control? Required to set up WhatsApp broadcast at scale
3 Who is the internal technical point of contact day-to-day? Needed for coordination, access provisioning, and training
4 How many polling agents will be deployed on election day? Determines the number of agent accounts to provision
5 Which languages are used in your priority provinces? AI chatbot must be trained in the right languages
6 Who are the 10 provincial coordinators? They get the first accounts — needed before launch
7 What is the budget range for this engagement? Ensures the scope proposed matches what can be delivered

How we work together

Two engagement options. We recommend Option A — given the timeline, a fully managed approach removes all operational burden from the campaign team so they can focus on winning.

★ Recommended
Option A — Full Turnkey

Simba Innovative builds, hosts, operates, and supports all five systems through election day. The campaign team uses the tools — we handle everything technical. Monthly retainer plus an election-day operations fee.

Alternative
Option B — Build & Handover

Simba builds everything and trains the party's internal team to operate it. Higher upfront cost, no ongoing retainer. Suitable only if NRPUP has in-house technical capacity.

Ready to move

The prototypes are live and working today. Every day without the full system is a day not reaching voters. With nine weeks to election, there is no time to delay — but there is enough time to win.
